Topic: Restorative Yoga Tools to Support Professional Organizers

This month's speaker is:  Amber Blandford

Restorative Yogic Tools to Support Professional Organizers is an interactive yoga practice. Attendees will be taught specific breathing and movement techniques that can be used before, during and after a client session as a form of self-care. These tools will help professional organizers to deeply relax the body, still the mind, and activate a sense of peace and calm with their clients and themselves.

Session Objectives:
1. Participants will know how to activate the parasympathetic nervous
system (rest & digest mode) in any moment through breathing exercises.
2. Participants will learn 3 movements or poses to release the body’s tension on the job.
3. Participants will be able to cultivate a sense of calm and ease before, during, and after a client
session.
4. Participants will experience the healing effects of restorative yoga poses at the end of the day.
